Reading Well by Third Grade: Session I: Strategic Planning for a Comprehensive Literacy Plan: Where are we now and where do we need to go? This day will focus on critical practices in core instruction and intervention to support reading proficiency for all learners. We will address the components of Scientifically-based Reading Instruction, as defined in statute and multi-tiered systems of support to create a continuum of service for students on, below, or above grade level and give examples from the Minnesota Blueprint for Literacy.
